To achieve this, Audax Visuals combined projection systems, LED display, and an architectural scale model. In turn, both digital and physical elements come together in one cohesive space. More importantly, each element supports the overall story.<\/p>

Bringing the Waterfront Story to Life<\/strong><\/p>

One key feature is the projector walkway. In particular, it simulates a coastal journey inspired by the East Coast shoreline. As visitors move through the gallery, the visuals create the feeling of walking along a beach. Consequently, this reinforces the project\u2019s seafront concept in a subtle way.<\/p>

Furthermore, the system extends across both the floor and surrounding walls. It also features mapped visuals of different coastal and lifestyle scenes. As a result, the story feels more complete, yet still easy to follow.<\/p>

On another side, a large LED screen acts as a visual anchor. Meanwhile, it showcases animated content of Vela Bay, including architecture and lifestyle scenes. Therefore, it becomes a strong focal point for presentations and guided tours.<\/p>

At the same time, the architectural scale model remains central. In contrast to digital elements, it provides a clear and immediate overview of the development. For example, visitors can quickly understand layout, orientation, and surroundings. Hence, it adds clarity to the overall experience.<\/p>

Overall, the Vela Bay showroom reflects a shift towards more integrated design thinking.
