According to The Straits Times, the Housing Development Board (HDB) on Tuesday (Feb 6) put 3,664 Build-To-Order (BTO) flats up for sale in four towns, in its first exercise of the year.

There are five projects with units ranging from two-room Flexi to five-room flats, the HDB said. Two projects are in the non-mature towns of Choa Chu Kang and Woodlands, while the other three are in the mature towns of Geylang and Tampines.

Audax Visuals is very honoured to be able to again take part in HDB projects, among these five projects, Audax has took part in the Woodlands and Tampines renders. We are thankful for HDB to again trust us for our services, and also for our clients for referring us all the time.

Since 2015, Audax Visuals has put efforts into studying Virtual Reality and bought the first Beta sets of Oculus Rift and HTC Vive. Since its success in 2017, the benefits of VR in architecture have become so strong that most people are starting to recognise its influences and put VR into the real game.

From just hardware for video games to products and architectural visualisation, the public can now actually really count on Virtual Reality (VR) for many fields out there. The study on how VR trends can increase the need for 3D visuals is affecting architects and visualisation teams.

According to some reading we have done, there will be at least two-thirds or more than two-thirds of architectural and architectural visualisation professionals planning to use VR in 2018. 28% already are (where Audax Visuals sees ourselves in this 28%), with others that are currently experimenting. This has clearly shown that the introduction of VR offers new ways for them to experience unbuilt buildings which increased the usage and interest of VR.

Not only the architects are using VR, but the developers too, have found out the benefits of using VR in their sales and marketing activities. As you can watch from the video below, it is one of the projects that we have done for Hoi Hup Realty for their Hundred Palms project. Other than Hoi Hup, we have also been working with Oxley, Singhaiyi, Teeland etc for projects in VR and AR.

Our team is known as the pioneer company in Singapore that uses Virtual Reality for architectural projects. We have good portfolios to present to you and listen to your needs.

Earlier this month, the MixGo team went down on a trip to Index Indonesia, the most important design-focused interiors event in Southeast Asia.

We are very pleased to be introduced by Mr. Andy who led us to know more about Indonesia and China-based furniture field leaders who also think that MixGo will be able to lead their business to another level. To be invited to partner with different companies and entrepreneurs in Indonesia and China has been another great milestone that we’ve achieved.

Take a glimpse at some of the photos:

We took the chance to introduce our Augmented Reality technology – MixGo to the entrepreneurs and companies who took part in Index. It is a fruitful event where we are able to share different solutions to their sales and marketing activities.

We are sincerely thankful for all the chances given, and we will work hard to make sure that our partners and clients will be happy with the results that we are bringing to them!

In the previous months, Audax Visuals has been very proud to be able to work with one of the biggest developers in Malaysia, EcoWorld Sdn Bhd with both of their Malaysia projects, the Eco Botanic and Eco Horizon in Johor Bahru and Pulau Pinang.

EcoWorld has been working hard to improve the buying experience of their customers by providing a well-designed and comfortable sales gallery full of information on their available projects. Audax Visuals, who is not just an architectural visualisation expert, is also experienced in programming mobile applications/touch screen applications for our clients to help them ease their agents and selling procedures to be easier and more direct. We have helped them to install their application on all of their agent’s iPads for ease to bring around to present their projects to their customers.

To have all the interactive content included such as 360 overall viewing of the project site, we have also a timeline to show the progress of their project, and we use the drone to take 720° photography to have a surreal viewing experience. Users are able to seamlessly view the project of EcoWorld in one glance.

Other than Mobile Applications, Audax Visuals has also helped EcoWorld to set up their wireless VR in their sales gallery, having the Augmented Reality Unit ready for scanning and viewing! To learn more about the EcoWorld project, you are now welcome to their open sales gallery for viewing!
